If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via the email address provided to us at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping via USPS, with estimated delivery times varying based on your location:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days depending on the country and customs processing times.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
4. Domestic and International Shipping
We ship orders both domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to see if shipping can be arranged.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from an affiliated third-party website with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
CV Games, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
