1. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales made through CV Games, LLC, whether in-store or online via an affiliated third-party website, are final. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services once a purchase is completed.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, and solely at our discretion, we may consider a transaction reversal in the event of:

• A product becoming undeliverable due to a technical fault on our end.

• Duplicate charges or billing errors.

These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 7 days of the original transaction. Please provide documentation (e.g. receipts, emails and/or screenshots) to support your case.
